A beautiful 2 bed apartment in the very trendy and ever popular area the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham City Centre. Situated in this very modern and friendly apartment block this is a light, airy and quite apartment for all kinds of travellers.

Jewellery Quarter train station is 0.3 miles away, with one tube stop to Grand Central Station you are a stones throw away from the buzz of Birmingham City Centre.

The apartments in the surrounding blocks are occupied with professionals working in Birmingham City Centre. In respect of these tenants we do not allow parties or loud music here, quite guests are expected. If 24 hour security have to knock on your door for you to be quite your deposit money will not be returned as we have to pay a fine too.

The Space

This is a latest addition, a brand new built clean first floor apartment in the very trendy and ever popular area of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham City Centre. Situated in newly built modern and friendly apartment block this is a light and airy and apartment for all kinds of guests.

The 2 bedroom apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with a well kitted out kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable 2 seater leather sofa and smart tv where you can relax and watch Netflix and other digital channels. Local channels are also available. The attached kitchen diner has a seated table for 4 and int the kitchen you will find a kettle, 4 slice toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, electric hob, grill and oven and cupboards full of crockery and cutlery.

Bedrooms have double beds with 13 tog duvets and luxury hotel standard pillows. Both bedrooms have their own smart tv’s, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers to cater for your needs. We provide a luxury king size air bed fit you have booked for 5/6 guests with linen and towels.

The apartments spacious bathroom has both shower an bath facilities and shave points and heated towel rail are fitted.

There is a Guest book in the apartment which gives you all the information you need for your stay and local information of the area.

St Paul’s Square and Birmingham’s Business District is a 15 minute walk from these apartments.

We have onsite parking available for 1 car per apartment and onsite security are in operation 24 hours a day with cctv cameras placed around the site.

In respect of the professional residents living in the neighbouring apartments we request guests booking these apartments to be mindful of their level of noise. Please note we do not permit parties and all our apartments are non smoking throughout.

One of Birmingham's trendy areas Jewellery Quarter has an abundance of quality bars, pubs and restaurants. A designated conservation area with over 200 listed buildings, it has been described by English Heritage as ‘a unique historic environment in England – a national treasure’, which has few, if any, parallels in Europe. The Jewellery Quarter also contains Birmingham’s last remaining Georgian Square in the tranquil surroundings of St Paul’s, with its fine restaurants, bars and galleries.

Your within walking distance of all the city centre has to offer and if you would rather jump on a train then Jewellery Quarter Train Station is 0.3 miles away, Birmingham Snow Hill Station with the financial district and more great bars and restaurants 1 mile away, Birmingham New Street Station with Grand Central and The Bull Ring Shopping Centre 1.5 miles away and Birmingham Moor Street Station approx. 2.5 miles away. Buses go from outside the apartment development into the city centre every 10 minutes.

As this is a quite residential area in the heart of the City, the residents living in neighbouring apartments prefer low noise levels. For this reason we do not allow parties or loud music at the apartments. Furthermore, all apartments indoor are strictly no smoking areas.

There is so much in the beautiful surrounding area, here is a link to the local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants which are all within a 5 -10 minute walk of the apartments.
